Grand Valley is currently accepting proposals for a Human Resources Program Review. 

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the assistance from a qualified Contractor for a review the Town’s current organizational structure, identify any strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and provide recommendations and an implementation plan to improve effectiveness and efficiency on how the Town can deliver its services.
